Quote-Based Shipping

Shipping cost is not included unless expressly stated in the written quotation. Freight is calculated according to product volume, weight, destination, service level and agreed Incoterms.

Production and Dispatch

Production and dispatch estimates begin after required payment and approval of specifications, drawings, artwork, colors, samples and packaging details. Estimates may change if requirements are changed or approvals are delayed. Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in a signed sales agreement.

Delivery Terms and Risk

The quotation or sales agreement states the delivery method, destination, Incoterm, freight responsibility, insurance and point at which risk transfers. The customer is responsible for accurate delivery, consignee and customs information.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Unless expressly included in the quotation, the customer is responsible for import clearance, duties, taxes, brokerage charges, destination fees and local compliance costs.

Transit Delays and Damage

Carrier transit times are estimates and can be affected by customs, weather, congestion and other events outside our reasonable control. Visible transport damage should be reported promptly to the carrier and to goodaldk@gmail.com. Keep the products, cartons, labels and evidence required for a freight claim.

Split Shipments and Storage

Split shipments, expedited freight and storage caused by delayed customer instructions may result in additional charges, subject to written confirmation.
