Business-to-Business Orders

CustomSiliconeOEM supplies stock, customized and made-to-order silicone products to business customers. Terms in an accepted quotation, pro forma invoice or sales agreement take priority if there is a conflict.

Custom and Made-to-Order Products

Custom-molded, private-label, color-matched, logo-applied, specially packaged and other made-to-order products are produced to approved specifications. They are not eligible for change-of-mind returns and normally cannot be cancelled after tooling, sampling, material preparation or production has started.

Stock Products

Returns of unmodified stock products require written authorization before shipment. Eligibility, return destination, freight responsibility and any restocking charge will be confirmed in writing. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

Defective or Nonconforming Products

Customers must inspect products promptly after delivery and notify goodaldk@gmail.com within the claim period stated in the applicable quotation or sales agreement. Include the order number, affected quantity, photographs or video, measurements or test results where relevant, and a description of the issue. Products must not be destroyed, returned, sorted or reworked without written authorization.

Investigation and Remedies

We may request samples or additional evidence. For a verified claim, the remedy may include sorting, repair, replacement, account credit or refund, depending on the circumstances and agreed order terms.

Exclusions

Claims may be declined when an issue results from customer-approved specifications or samples, agreed tolerances, improper transport after transfer of risk, storage or handling, misuse, unauthorized modification, normal wear, use outside the disclosed application, or customer-supplied materials and instructions.

Tooling and Development Charges

Tooling, design, sampling, testing and development charges are non-refundable after the related work has started, except where otherwise agreed in writing.
